Razorfish School of Fish | UX Bootcamp
In an effort to more effectively utilize junior talent, the School of Fish training program was created to bridge the gap between college programs and real world, agency expectations. This six-week program delivered training modules on over 30 topics, while giving new hires hands-on, project-based learning opportunities. The core curriculum was designed to give employees exposure to a full life-cycle project, helping them gain experience with all deliverables, processes and methodologies they’d need to produce agency work. A supplemental curriculum helped set them up for success in an agency environment, with skills training in consulting, storytelling, improv, time management, communication etiquette and self-directed, career management. In addition, the entire curriculum was oriented around a real client assignment, allowing them to apply what they were learning, while gaining exposure and confidence working on client engagements.
