Purpose-driven design leader and educator

I created Bloompath Studios in 2014, because I wanted to use my expertise to creatively solve problems that matter in the world. I’m a design leader, educator and researcher, focused on creating product, service and learning experiences that help people achieve more. I bring a design thinking approach to helping organizations design new approaches to challenges affecting the communities we share. I’m at my best when innovation and purpose intersect— working with driven teams to design transformational solutions that make a positive impact on socially-conscious organizations and the people they serve.

Prior to founding the company, I spent 15+ years in agency and consulting organizations, creating exceptional customer experiences for Fortune 500 companies. I’ve designed products and services for Coca Cola, Kraft, Home Depot, Whirlpool, Pella, Orbitz, NAVTEQ, Equifax, Discover Financial and State Farm, to name a few. I’ve built products, processes, teams and practices to help businesses scale. I’ve mentored many and championed their paths to career success.

Today the opportunities I care about need to do more than help organizations scale. I’m motivated most by taking a design approach to complex social challenges, where design is used for greater good. The success I want next is best measured by the impact I have on helping others achieve more.
