AutonomyWorks Work Experience Program

AutonomyWorks delivers marketing operations support to some of the world’s best marketing organizations by harnessing the unique talents of individuals with autism to deliver exceptional quality and productivity. By matching the exceptional skills people with autism often have - like extraordinary focus and attention to detail- with technology and systems design, AutonomyWorks delivers exceptional services to businesses, while helping people with autism build independent lives.

The Work Training Experience program was developed as part of the Multiple Paths to Employment model at AutonomyWorks, offering a tiered training approach that meets the needs and skills of every individual. Qualified candidates are invited to participate in either a four or six week, voluntary Work Training Experience program, where they receive hands-on, guided and supported instruction in computer skills, AutonomyWorks’ processes and social skills for professional settings. Participants receive training in a dedicated classroom setting at the AutonomyWorks offices, supported by an expert Trainer.

We created the training program for AutonomyWorks, including design of the program, curriculum and assessment. We designed and implemented 300+ unique pieces of training content for both Trainers and Trainees. We’re proud to continue to partner with AutonomyWorks to make a positive change in the lives of adults with autism.
